A welcoming stay with comforts

I recently enjoyed a delightful stay. the clean and spacious room had a fantastic shower and a cozy bed. The staff's warm welcome made check-in simple and pleasant, and I appreciated that the hotel is just a short walk from local attractions. One downside was that the dining options could be more varied, especially for breakfast.

Positive, I had a great stay as a couple. The Superior Queen Room was spacious, and I appreciated the easy transition from a Queen to a King. The $15 breakfast was delicious, and overall, it was affordable and perfectly located near town. 👍

The reception staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure comfort. My room had a large, accessible bathroom with high-quality toiletries that added a lovely touch to the stay! !

We were disappointed to find the spa and sauna closed earlier than advertised, which interrupted our plans for relaxation.

The room I stayed in was clean and presented just like the pictures on the website-very excellent. I appreciated the ample supply of tea and coffee, which came in handy during my stay.

Unfortunately, I found the bed to be quite firm, which led to a restless night. The breakfast experience left much to be desired. It was supposed to be a buffet, but it turned out to be a la carte, and I had better options in town. I stayed in a room that was close to a staff parking area, leading to multiple noise disturbances from motorbikes and other activities that started early in the morning, interrupting my peace.

The stay in a Superior Twin Room highlighted the spacious, modern design, complementing the excellent air conditioning. The staff's willingness to address issues was commendable, as they provided a room change for increased comfort. the noise from nearby parking combined with the firmness of the bed detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. Enjoying Colombian coffee added a lovely touch to the mornings, enhancing the overall stay.
